Bridge

Quang Phu Ward today is the result of the merger of three administrative units: An Phu Ward, Tam Phu Commune and Tam Thanh Commune. With a geographical location stretching from the coastal area to the urban center, Quang Phu is the intersection between urban and rural life, dynamic, rich in traditional cultural identity.

With the desire to connect individuals, production and business establishments, and small businesses in the area to strive to rise up with their own internal strength, the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Association of Enterprises - Creative Startups of Quang Phu Ward was officially launched in July 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Thuong Tin, Head of the Organizing Committee for the establishment of the Quang Phu Ward Creative Business - Startup Association, shared: "We hope that the association will be a place to connect and support individuals, business households, cooperatives, and enterprises to materialize creative ideas in production and business in many practical forms.

At the same time, the association will act as a bridge between businesses and local authorities and relevant departments, thereby advising and proposing policies that are in line with the aspirations of the business community. Furthermore, it will join hands to develop the local economy based on local resources."

The spirit of "Self-reliance - cooperation - mutual development" has been consistent with the first members of the association since its inception. Not only is it an organization representing the voice of businesses, the association is also expected to be a place to share, learn, and promote the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship at the grassroots level, from which many potential ideas and products have the opportunity to be implemented thanks to appropriate support mechanisms.

Accompanying businesses

More than 1 month since the launch of the campaign committee, the Quang Phu Ward Creative Entrepreneurship - Startup Association has nearly 20 outstanding members, operating in many diverse fields, from medicinal herb production, traditional food processing, garment, fish sauce, to education training, business support services.

These units all build products associated with local potential, apply technology to management and communication, and focus on brand building.

Among them, there are members of businesses specializing in the production of products from cordyceps mushrooms, herbal tea; health care products extracted from native noni fruit; creative packaging design and printing services; kindergartens applying early education methods. Besides, there are businesses selling traditional fish sauce, ao dai, culinary specialties...

In the upcoming operational orientation, the Quang Phu Ward Business - Startup Association identifies three main pillars: regularly improving management capacity for members through training and consulting programs; enhancing product consumption connections through fairs and trade promotions; supporting communication - building brands with digital tools for members.

Quang Phu Ward is a pioneer in establishing the Association of Enterprises - Creative Startups in accordance with the city's policy of encouraging the establishment of Creative Startup Associations at the grassroots level. This demonstrates the interest of local leaders in building an innovative startup ecosystem, a new development trend based on local strengths."

In particular, the association will coordinate with the ward to attract investment, develop the tourism sector, exploit the strengths of natural conditions such as rivers, seas, mountains and especially people with rich identities. In addition, the association also organizes green markets to develop trade, promote products, connect with universities, investment units, support startups to test new models.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Vice Chairman of Quang Phu Ward People's Committee, said that the establishment of Quang Phu Ward Business - Startup Association is an important milestone in the journey of community economic development, especially in the context of the locality transforming towards urbanization, modernization and innovation. The locality highly appreciates the role of the Association's Steering Committee in connecting individuals and production and business organizations.
