The Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union regularly directs and orients specific solutions, supporting the Women's Union at all levels to effectively implement the quantity and quality of member development. The Women's Union at all levels in the province directs and implements propaganda and mobilization of members and women to participate in cooperatives and cooperative groups; transform economic structures, transfer science and technology applied in production and business; support access to capital; provide vocational training and job introduction, replicate economic models... From there, many effective production and business models have emerged, helping women have stable jobs and increase their income.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Women's Union Executive Committee has made efforts to implement key tasks of the union and emulation movements, with many positive changes in caring for members and poor women. Newly established women's models, teams and groups have contributed to economic development, job creation, and improvement of material and spiritual life for women members throughout the province.
Accordingly, capital support for 100 members and women in border areas to implement livelihood models (interest-free loans), with a total cost of 500 million VND; mobilize the construction of 50 "Shelters of Love" for members and women with housing difficulties, contributing to the implementation of the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, so that no one is left behind (each house worth 60 million VND). In addition, the Women's Union at all levels in the province mobilized 5,545 gifts from the "Millions of Gifts Sharing Love" Program and the "Godmother" Program, with a total amount of nearly 2.9 billion VND; visited, encouraged, and supported necessities (rice, noodles, cakes, milk, etc.), notebooks, books, and scholarships for orphans due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a total value of over 437 million VND...
In the coming time, the provincial Women's Union at all levels will continue to carry out the tasks, targets and plans according to the annual work program. At the same time, promote patriotic emulation movements within the union system; strengthen propaganda for members, women and people to understand the policy of eliminating temporary houses and criteria to join hands in implementation. Promote the role of core members, mobilize internal resources and strength of members and women; apply information technology to the management and implementation of effective union activities.
