Regarding the operation of the two-level local government, there are still some difficulties such as: land management software is not yet synchronized; digital signatures of the clerical department and civil servants in charge have not been newly issued...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the efforts of the locality, and at the same time noted some shortcomings in the management work; site clearance, land procedures, digital transformation, and infrastructure.

Thereby, the locality is required to strengthen decentralization and delegation of power in conjunction with improving responsibility and quality of service to the people. In building new rural areas, the commune pays attention to developing high-tech agriculture; restructuring crops, focusing on high-value crops associated with processing; improving the quality of agricultural products, specialties, OCOP associated with tourism development; promoting industrial services associated with craft villages.

Relevant departments and branches should promptly review decentralization mechanisms, increase support for improving the capacity of grassroots officials and promote digital transformation in operations. Continue to study appropriate policies to remove obstacles for localities in economic development; and organize and operate two-level local governments.
