On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 22, Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province and leaders of provincial departments and branches visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Mai Thi Dem (Phuoc Hau ward) and former Secretaries of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee: Trinh Van Lau and Nguyen Ky Uc.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi kindly inquired about health and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of the Heroic Vietnamese Mother and former Provincial Party Secretaries to the revolutionary cause.
