Accordingly, Huong Hoa District Police administratively fined Mr. NVD 6.5 million VND for causing injury to another person.

Mr. NVQ was also administratively fined 6.5 million VND for harming the health of others.
Previously, Huong Hoa District Police received a report that on the evening of September 7, a number of teachers at Xy Primary and Secondary School (in Xy Commune, Huong Hoa District) organized a drinking party at the school's dormitory.
Here, Mr. NVD (40 years old, residing in Tan Long commune, Huong Hoa district) and Mr. NVQ (39 years old, residing in Lia commune, Huong Hoa district) had a conflict and a fight. Mr. D. and Mr. Q. are both teachers at the school.
Huong Hoa District Police have investigated and conducted a health assessment on Mr. Q. The results showed that Mr. Q.'s injury rate was 2%.
