Thanh Hoa district currently has 150 effective Savings and Loan Groups (S&L) that act as a bridge between the people and the Social Policy Bank. To improve service quality, the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office has promoted the deployment of the VBSP Smart Banking application to help customers easily conduct financial transactions via smartphones.

All information about loans, repayment schedules, and new policies are encoded in QR code form and posted on the Zalo group, and publicly posted at transaction points in communes and towns to help people keep up to date. Duc Hoa district has 261/261 Savings and Credit Groups conducting transactions via the policy credit management application. The number of households borrowing using the digital platform also reached 97.18%. In addition, 205 accounts of non-industry officials and 1,165 Mobile Banking accounts have been activated, demonstrating high initiative and determination in implementing digital transformation.

The Savings and Credit Groups in the district set up a Zalo group to promote new policies, remind about debt repayment schedules, and provide instructions on how to install and use the digital banking application. Ms. Cu Thi Anh - Head of the Savings and Credit Group of the Women's Union of Huu Thanh Commune, Duc Hoa District shared: "Since using the credit management application, I have been able to manage members more easily, update information quickly, and help group members not miss debt repayment schedules."

Director of the Transaction Office of the People's Credit Fund of Duc Hoa District - Nguyen Thi Anh Thu informed: "We will continue to expand the application of VBSP Smart Banking to all members. The key solution is to train team leaders, union officials and assign staff to directly support people at the commune transaction points".
The application of digital platforms such as VBSP Smart Banking, policy credit management application, and Zalo group is creating a major shift in the operations of the Social Policy Bank Transaction Offices in Thanh Hoa and Duc Hoa districts.
