People in the southernmost region of the country are excited to receive Independence Day gifts

In the joyful atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, many people in the southernmost land of the Fatherland - Ca Mau province were excited and eager to receive Independence Day gifts.

On September 1, many people in Ca Mau province said they had received Independence Day gifts. According to our records, at the hamlet and village headquarters in the communes and wards, many people came to receive gifts. The atmosphere at the cash distribution points was also bustling and bustling.

Having just received the gift and returned home, Mrs. Vo Thi Tho (U Minh commune, Ca Mau province) excitedly said: “On this occasion, my family is very happy because the State gave us 600,000 VND (family of 6). This is a very meaningful gift for us on Independence Day.”

Mr. Do Hoang Gioi, Chairman of the People's Committee of U Minh Commune, said that since the morning of September 1, the commune has started providing cash to the people. To facilitate the people, the commune has arranged 8 cash distribution points, the staff take turns working and do not take a lunch break, trying to finish providing National Day gifts to the people in the area by September 2.

On the afternoon of September 1, the Department of Finance of Ca Mau province said that currently, all communes and wards have withdrawn funds from the State Treasury. By 11:00 a.m. on the same day, the People's Committees of communes and wards in the area had given National Day gifts on September 2 to more than 2 million people, with an amount of over VND 203 billion, reaching nearly 78% of the plan.

Currently, the People's Committees of communes and wards are urgently mobilizing all resources to give gifts to people, striving to complete before the National Day on September 2, ensuring that all beneficiaries receive gifts fully and promptly in accordance with regulations.
