Especially in the context of organizing important historical events such as the grand parade, the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. This pride is strongly aroused to remind the young generation of the sacrifices of the previous generation, thereby urging the young generation to continuously study, practice and contribute to the development of the country.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Chau said: “On the occasion of National Day this year, to spread the spirit of patriotism and national pride, all fanpages of the Youth Union, Association, and Team from the province to the grassroots will post framed images to celebrate National Day. Along with that, the Provincial Youth Union mobilizes members and young people to share content about stories and historical events of the nation, about National Day September 2, about beloved Uncle Ho and about the work and activities of organizations and individuals, showing love for the Fatherland”.

Also during these historic autumn days, thousands of people from all over the country flocked to the capital, heading to President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum to visit and record sacred moments before the nation’s great holiday. Each step on Ba Dinh Square seemed to bring them back to historical memories, to the moment when Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - a milestone that opened a new page in the nation’s history. As a young person participating in the crowd heading to the capital to watch the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Le Phuong Ha (Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province) shared: “September 2 is an important holiday of the country and the nation. I want to come here to join in the sacred and meaningful atmosphere, and at the same time remind myself to appreciate the historical value, the value of peace , the sacrifices of the previous generations, to continue the tradition, to constantly study, practice, and contribute to the development and progress of the country”.

On social media platforms, these days, just open tiktok, facebook or zalo, everywhere you can see countless images of the red flag with yellow star, parade clips combined with songs that are "hot" among young people today such as: "Continue writing the story of peace", "What is more beautiful", "A lap of Vietnam", "Proud melody"... associated with emotional and proud sharing and comments. Movements to compose songs, design posters, make video clips, write feelings about National Day... are also widely participated by the young generation of union members and youth. Le Thi Phuong, on Ngo Thi Nham street, Hac Thanh ward, shared: "In the digital age, social networks are the channel for the young generation to express their love for their homeland and country and also for friends around the world to see a Vietnam that is not only rich in tradition but also dynamic, open, and ready to integrate".

National Day September 2 is not only a national festival but also a day for every Vietnamese person, especially the young generation, to reflect on themselves and remind them of their responsibility to the Fatherland. Every action, every sharing, every story about peace will contribute to affirming national pride, strongly spreading the message "Peace is beautiful" and fostering ideals in today's young generation. If 80 years ago, the generation of fathers and grandfathers fell to gain independence, today, the responsibility of the youth is to protect that achievement with knowledge, creativity and aspiration to rise up. That is also the way for today's and future generations to continue writing the immortal epic of the nation.

The 13th National Party Congress clearly stated that youth are the backbone of the country, the core force in building a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam. That aspiration is not just a dream, but a practical mission placed on the shoulders of every young person today. Under the guidance of the Party, millions of union members and young people have been making constant efforts. From national-level scientific research projects to innovative start-up projects, from poor rural areas to international forums, Vietnamese youth are making a strong mark. At international forums, young faces confidently represent the country, affirming Vietnamese intelligence and mettle... That is proof of the aspiration for integration and the pioneering spirit of youth in the new era under the leadership of the Party. Each action and each effort are bright strokes on the picture of the country's development.

The country is entering a new era - the era of national development and the youth is the next force, the pioneering factor, playing a key role in realizing the aspiration of building a strong and prosperous Vietnam. The requirements and tasks for the youth in the new revolutionary period are very glorious, requiring young people to clearly affirm their roles and be aware of their responsibilities and tasks in all activities. For that reason, at the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024-2029, General Secretary To Lam affirmed the great trust of the Party and State in the young generation: "Whether the country can firmly step into the new era, the era of rising up or not, by 2045, can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as President Ho Chi Minh wished and the aspiration of the entire nation or not, depends greatly on the contribution of the youth force - the future generation of the country, those who follow in the footsteps of their fathers and brothers to shoulder the task of building and defending the Fatherland".
