On the morning of April 15, the second day of his state visit to Vietnam, General Secretary andPresident of China Xi Jinping devoted his first activity to commemorating President Ho Chi Minh - the great and outstanding leader of the Vietnamese people.

During their lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh and Chairman Mao Zedong of China were the ones who continuously and directly cultivated the "close Vietnam-China relationship, both as comrades and brothers".

To demonstrate the special and close relationship between the two countries, at around 10:00 a.m., General Secretary To Lam and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping led a delegation to lay wreaths and visit President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum.

Next, at the International Convention Center, General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong and General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping visited the photo exhibition "75 years of establishing Vietnam - China diplomatic relations", jointly organized by the Vietnam News Agency, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and Xinhua News Agency.
