(GLO)- Following yesterday's increase, the price of gold on June 13 continued to increase from 700,000 VND to 1.2 million VND/tael, bringing the price of gold bars to over 120 million VND/tael, and gold rings to 119 million VND/tael.

Specifically, for gold bars, some listed businesses increased simultaneously with many different prices. Saigon Jewelry Company SJC, DOJI Group, Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the price of gold bars at 117.7-120.2 million VND/tael (buy-sell), an increase of 500,000 VND/tael for selling.

The price of gold rings also increased simultaneously. In particular, Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the highest price for both buying and selling at 116-119 million VND/tael. Saigon Jewelry Company SJC listed the price of gold rings at 113.6-116 million VND/tael (buy-sell).

DOJI Group listed the price of gold rings at 115-117 million VND/tael (buy-sell); keeping the listed price for both buying and selling unchanged compared to yesterday's closing price.

This morning, the world gold price converted to USD bank price was over 109.1 million VND/tael, including tax and fees, about 11.4 million VND/tael lower than the domestic gold price.

The spot gold price on Kitco at 8:00 p.m. (June 12, Vietnam time) was trading at $3,385/ounce, up 0.89% on the day. The gold futures price for August 2025 delivery on the Comex New York floor was trading at $3,405/ounce.
