Maido is the brainchild of talented Peruvian-Japanese chef Micha Tsumura. He was born and raised in Lima, Peru. From a young age, he inherited his passion for food from his father. The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list is an initiative launched by the British press group to counter France’s renowned Michelin guide.
