According to the report of the People's Committee of Nam Giang district, the total planned investment capital and career capital for the 3 national target programs (NTPs) in 2025 up to the reporting time is 296.3 billion VND. The district has allocated 287.7 billion VND (reaching 97.08%) and disbursed 74.2 billion VND (reaching 25.8%).
For the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, there are 66 projects; the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction has 28 projects; the National Target Program on New Rural Development has 36 projects.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested Nam Giang district to urgently complete capital allocation procedures before June 20 for unallocated capital sources.
The district reviews all capital sources. If they are part of the spending task, they must be implemented. Only transfer them back to the province if they are not part of the spending task in the area. When checking the capital sources that are not implemented, they must be transferred to the province immediately before June 13, so that the province can transfer them back to the Central Government.
For ongoing projects, the district will quickly work with contractors. For projects completed in June 2025, they will be urged to closely follow the progress to complete acceptance and prepare settlement documents.
Construction projects that are under construction and will be completed after July 1 must finalize the completed items and have complete documents to hand over to the new commune when the district stops operating.
