It is forecasted that from early morning to noon on August 15, the midlands and deltas of the North will continue to experience moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 20-50mm, in some places over 120mm.

From the evening of August 15 to the night of August 16, the Northeast, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with rainfall ranging from 60-130mm, with some places experiencing very heavy rain over 250mm. From the afternoon of August 15 to the night of August 16, the Central Highlands and the South will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with rainfall ranging from 50-100mm, with some places experiencing very heavy rain over 200mm.

The eastern part of Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain, rainfall of 20-40mm, some places over 100mm.
