The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the past 6 hours (from 1:00 p.m. on May 26 to 6:00 p.m. on May 26), in Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces, there was moderate to heavy rain, such as: Hien Luong station 127.2mm, Tien Phong 76.8mm (Hoa Binh province); Lang Chanh station 64.6mm (Thanh Hoa province)...

According to forecasts, in the next 6 hours, in Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces, there will continue to be rain with accumulated rainfall ranging from 20-40mm, in some places over 70mm.

Therefore, there is a high risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in the districts of Da Bac, Cao Phong, Tan Lac, Mai Chau (Hoa Binh province).

In Thanh Hoa province: Lang Chanh, Thuong Xuan, Nhu Xuan, Quan Son.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting warns of the level of risk of natural disasters caused by flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence due to heavy rain or water flow: Level 1.
