The above information was just announced by the Departmentof Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of June 7, after candidates completed the exams in the 10th grade entrance exam.
Accordingly, a physical incident occurred at the Nguyen Huu Tho High School Examination Council. Specifically, the examination room leaked due to heavy rain, causing the organization to be temporarily postponed and the rooms to be changed for the candidates. The examination council compensated for the lost time to ensure the rights of the participating candidates.

On the morning of June 7, a candidate at the Nguyen Van Troi Secondary School (Thu Duc City) test site had a fever, but after receiving medical care, the candidate continued to take the test. At the Nguyen Thai Binh Secondary School (District 6) test site, a candidate used a ruler with documents written on it, was immediately suspended from the test and the evidence was confiscated.
During the afternoon exam on June 7, a candidate was registered by the secondary school for the wrong type of integrated exam, resulting in the candidate not being able to take the type 2 integrated exam (for candidates who wish to study integrated high school but have not studied integrated middle school). The examination board quickly re-confirmed the registration file and provided timely support so that the candidate could take the exam according to regulations.
According to a report from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, the number of candidates participating in the exam was large, with a very low absentee rate. During the two days of the exam, more than 99% of candidates attended the exam subjects, with the Literature subject having the highest number of absent candidates at 281. For specialized subjects, the number of candidates participating in the exam reached more than 98%.
Despite some unexpected situations, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City assessed that this year's 10th grade entrance exam was successful, thanks to careful preparation and close coordination between relevant agencies. The health care of candidates was focused on, in order to protect their rights.
