Head of the Department of Labor - Employment (Department of Home Affairs) Ho Kim Phat said: Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has created jobs for 31,650 people, equal to 56.72% of the yearly plan. Right in the first months of the year, many enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks in the province have had a need to recruit about 19,000 unskilled workers, opening up opportunities for workers to be trained and have jobs. In which, fields such as electricity - electronics, textiles, mechanical engineering, logistics account for a large proportion, mainly unskilled workers. After the merger, the province's area expanded, job consulting and introduction work was also implemented quickly and promptly. Accordingly, the province has strengthened solutions to support job creation, connecting labor supply and demand and meeting the recruitment needs of enterprises. The launch of investment projects to build and operate infrastructure of the High-tech Industrial Park, Hoa Tam Industrial Park project; Bai Goc port project of the corporations creates job opportunities for workers. It is expected that when put into operation, it will create jobs for 20,000 local workers.
“According to the Department’s direction, in the coming time, the Provincial Employment Service Center will provide labor market information to about 1,200 units, businesses and about 8,000 workers. At the same time, it will focus on introducing jobs and supporting vocational training for unemployed workers, ensuring compliance with regulations,” Mr. Phat added.
Principal of Phu Yen Vocational College Dang Van Lai informed that in order to continue to connect with businesses in training high-quality human resources for the province, the school will coordinate with the Economic Zone Management Board, the Business Association, the Provincial Employment Service Center, etc. to organize seminars and conferences on the topics of labor demand in the whole province to have a training plan, creating human resources that can work immediately after graduation.
Meanwhile, to proactively create job opportunities for workers, Dak Lak College and Dak Lak Employment Service Center have recently signed a cooperation agreement in vocational training and job placement. The cooperation focuses on activities supporting vocational training, enrollment, career counseling and orientation, disseminating policies on employment and vocational training, providing information on domestic and foreign labor markets, organizing counseling and job referrals for students who are studying and have graduated but are unemployed.

Director of Dak Lak Employment Service Center Le Hai Ly said that the center will play a leading role in activities such as: Job Fair, Job Fair, Job Transaction Session with a scale of 300 - 500 students, organized 2 - 3 times per year. At the same time, monthly, the center will provide information on the labor market, recruitment needs, industries "thirsty" for human resources, salary levels... so that schools and students can have appropriate orientation plans.
In order to have close coordination in vocational training and job creation, in the coming time, the province will continue to implement solutions to develop the labor market; investigate labor needs in different types of enterprises; collect information on recruitment needs of enterprises, improve the quality of vocational education, focus on training high-quality human resources associated with labor structure transformation. The Provincial People's Committee directs competent agencies to step up calling for and promoting investment to attract investors to the province to build projects, establish enterprises to create new jobs for workers; develop and expand industrial parks and industrial clusters to attract businesses to work in order to help workers in the agricultural and forestry sector have the opportunity to change careers, find sustainable jobs, and jobs with high incomes.
At the same time, gradually modernize labor market information, strongly apply information technology on labor supply and demand information; regularly receive labor recruitment information from units and enterprises and provide market information, connecting labor supply and demand for units, enterprises and employees.
