Ms. Pham Thi Huong, homeroom teacher of class 9HM, shared that she was very happy and moved after receiving the news of admission from her students. The average admission score of the students in the class was 26.72; while the high school with the highest standard score for grade 10 in Hanoi in 2025 was 25.5. specifically, the average score of Math of the members in the class was 9.24; the average score of English was 9.55 and the average score of Literature was 7.89. Not only that, 100% of the class's students passed the entrance exams to specialized schools. The class has 24 members but the total number of students passing the entrance exams is up to 53.

Among them, there are 3 students who passed 4 specialized schools including: Dong Thanh Mai, Nguyen Ngoc Mai Thuy and Tran Bao Huy.

Along with that, there are 6 students passing 3 specialized schools and 8 students passing 2 specialized schools.

"On the day of graduation and farewell, the students promised to give me a gift of gratitude, which was high scores and many specialized entrance exams. When I received the news that they had passed the 10th grade, I was very touched that they had tried very hard to keep their promise and bring me gifts," Ms. Pham Thi Huong shared.

Ms. Huong believes that this achievement comes from many factors, including the support and facilitation of teachers and parents. But the most important thing is that all members of the class try very hard, are proactive and know how to advise each other in studying.

“What makes me happiest is the class's cohesion, which is evident when students with strengths in natural sciences are always willing to support students with social skills and vice versa. They have progressed together with sincerity and responsibility to each other,” said Ms. Huong.

Ms. Huong remembers most the time when the class had poor results in the Literature test. "At that time, the teacher and students had a moment of silence and sat down together to talk about the reasons. Through sharing, the students promised to focus more instead of just focusing on their major subjects, to improve the situation. Perhaps, after times like that, the class's Literature exam results for grade 10 were as good as today," Ms. Huong said.

However, in class 9HM, studying has never been a pressure, because the spirit of "learning while playing, playing while learning" always spreads. Not only focusing on studying, students in the class also actively participate in many extracurricular activities, physical exercises, and sports such as basketball and chess. " The joy in these activities also adds positive energy to the students' studies," said Ms. Huong.

Last school year, class 9HM had 9 students winning city-level excellent student awards, including 5 second prizes, 2 third prizes and 2 consolation prizes.

Ms. Chu Thi Xuan Huong, Principal of Hoang Mai Secondary School, assessed that class 9HM is a group full of affection, where solidarity, sharing and mutual support are always put first. “The students not only study together, but also accompany and help each other throughout the challenging journey of grade 9. This is a proud result and completely worthy of the efforts and determination of the class,” Ms. Huong said.
