On August 12, at the Vietnam - Korea Economic Forum with the theme "Cooperation to develop production chains in the new era!", General Secretary To Lam and Korean Prime Minister Kim Min Seok witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between Vietnam and Korea.
The number of agreements reached more than 40, showing the level of interest and confidence of each side in the future of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Cooperation agreements between ministries, branches and localities
- Hai Phong City and SK Leavo Company cooperate to promote green growth development in Hai Phong.
- Hanoi City and One Law Partners (OLP) cooperate to build an investment and development plan for Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.

- Khanh Hoa Province and SK Innovation Company cooperate to develop a Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster (SEIC), including investment in liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Khanh Hoa, development of distributed energy (DER) and LNG-related logistics industry.
- Ca Mau Province and SK Innovation Corporation cooperate strategically to develop a Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster (SEIC), including an LNG project and regional industrial and agricultural development initiatives.

- Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VIMC) and HD Huyndai Group cooperate to establish a joint venture to build new ships.
- Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and Hyosung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. cooperate to implement STATCOM projects and smart grid equipment in Vietnam, including the possibility of manufacturing transformers in Vietnam.
- LS ECO ENERGY Company signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation between the National Industrial - Energy Group and SK Innovation Co., Ltd and a cooperation agreement with LS ECO ENERGY Company on investment in construction and operation of a high-voltage cable factory in Vietnam to serve renewable energy projects.

Cooperation in digital infrastructure, digital transformation and supply chain
- Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, KIRA Company and LG CNS Company cooperate in the field of data centers, including the possibility of jointly investing in developing a data center in Vietnam with an initial capacity of 20-30MW, as well as jointly operating and trading data center services in the Vietnamese market.
