Lam Dong Province Cooperative Alliance commends advanced models in the period 2020

Collectives received Certificates of Merit from Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the collective economy and cooperatives of Lam Dong province have been significantly affected by fluctuations in the market economy, climate change, unstable agricultural prices, COVID-19 pandemic, real estate market... However, Lam Dong Cooperative Alliance has closely followed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; at the same time, closely coordinated with all levels and sectors to deploy appropriate work, promote advantages, seize opportunities, mobilize investment capital, focus on promoting production and business associated with the value chain, ensuring the rhythm of production and business, thereby successfully completing the set goals, tasks and targets.

Collective economy and cooperatives continue to be stable and have new developments, many new cooperative models have been established and put into production and business activities. Cooperatives have actively participated in the OCOP program of one commune, one product and building new rural areas in the locality. Many cooperatives have typical products and services that meet the needs of members and the market.

Over the past 5 years, the collective economic sector and cooperatives of Lam Dong province have had 2 collectives receiving the Third Class Labor Medal, 1 collective receiving the Emulation Flag of the Prime Minister , 4 collectives receiving the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, 19 collectives receiving the Emulation Flag of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, 30 collectives and 18 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, 195 collectives and 31 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, 106 collectives and 88 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the collective economic sector and cooperatives of Lam Dong province have 51 typical cooperatives recognized by competent authorities. In 2 years, 2024 and 2025, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance recognized 6 typical cooperatives with the title of Vietnam Cooperative Star, 3 cooperatives were certified as typical products at the provincial level. Of which, 1 cooperative was honored with the Mai An Tiem award in 2024...

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc acknowledged the achievements of Lam Dong Provincial Cooperative Union.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the collective economic sector, cooperatives and the Cooperative Union of Lam Dong province in implementing patriotic emulation movements.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc suggested that in the coming time, Lam Dong Provincial Cooperative Union should continue to innovate and improve the operational efficiency of the collective economy and cooperatives, contributing to the socio-economic development of Lam Dong province; at the same time, it is necessary to promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members, better acting as a bridge between members and state agencies, helping members access investment capital, building new cooperative models, in addition to strengthening human resource training, applying information technology in digital transformation, green transformation for members, as well as advising and proposing to competent authorities to consider and resolve issues related to members in agricultural tourism, production, and processing of agricultural products, etc.

7 units received the Provincial Cooperative Star certificate

On this occasion, 12 collectives and 6 individuals of the Lam Dong Provincial Cooperative Alliance received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee; 6 collectives and 4 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.

Lam Dong Provincial Cooperative Union also awarded certificates of typical advanced cooperatives in 2024 to 50 member units, awarded provincial-level Cooperative Star certificates to 7 member units and awarded the Online Contest to learn about the Law on Cooperative Union 2023 in 2024 to 3 winning collectives.
