Auction of more than 9,000 cubic meters of sand dredged from the hydroelectric reservoir, collected more than 2.4 billion VND for the budget

(LĐ online) - The People's Committee of Lam Dong province has issued a decision approving the auction results of sand recovered from dredging the Dam Bri Hydropower Reservoir (Loc Tan Commune, Bao Lam District). Thereby, the State budget collected more than 2.4 billion VND.

Thuan Dung Coffee Company Limited won the auction of 9,148 ^m3 of sand recovered from dredging activities at Dam Bri Hydropower Reservoir.

The enterprise that won the auction for this volume of sand was Thuan Dung Coffee Company Limited (Loc Chau commune, Bao Loc city) with the auction amount of 2,442 billion VND.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Finance and Bao Lam District People's Committee to take full responsibility before the law and the Provincial People's Committee for the publicity, transparency, honesty, objectivity and procedures for auctioning assets of sand recovered from dredging activities of Dam Bri Hydropower Reservoir according to regulations.

Assign the People's Committee of Bao Lam district to sign a contract for the sale of auctioned assets with the winning bidder to ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations. At the same time, hand over the assets of 9,148 m3 of sand to the winning bidder, after this bidder has paid the full auction amount to the State budget; issue an invoice for the sale of public assets to the winning bidder according to regulations.

Thuan Dung Coffee Company Limited is responsible for paying the full amount of the asset purchase price to the agency assigned to organize the asset auction. In case the full amount of the asset purchase price has not been paid within the prescribed time limit, the asset purchaser must pay a late payment fee in accordance with the provisions of the law on tax administration and current legal provisions.

Within 30 days from the date the People's Committee of Bao Lam district hands over the auctioned assets, the auction winning organization or individual must transport all auctioned assets out of the staging area according to regulations.
