Light festival performed by drone on New Year's Eve in Hanoi

On February 3, information from Tay Ho District Party Committee said that to welcome the Spring of Giap Thin 2024, Tay Ho District People's Committee in coordination with Vietnam Oil and Gas Group ( Petrovietnam ), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (PVcomBank) will organize an artistic light show using 2,024 drones called "Hanoi Art Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long" with the theme "A day in the capital - A thousand years of history".

According to information from the implementing unit - Corex Business Solutions Joint Stock Company, the Light Festival will take place at 11:30 p.m. on February 9 (New Year's Eve) at the Van Cao intersection, West Lake, Hanoi.

The entire Nguyen Dinh Thi-Trich Sai street is where the audience can enjoy the light show. Immediately after that, from 0:00 to 0:15, February 10 (early morning of January 1, Giap Thin), Tay Ho district will launch high-altitude fireworks to welcome the new year.

In addition, at 9:00 p.m. on February 7 (December 28 of the lunar calendar), there will be a dress rehearsal flight with the same quality as the official performance, and people can arrange to come and watch.

This is a drone performance with many records in Southeast Asia, combined with specially composed music , sound systems and live reporting screens installed around the West Lake area, promising to be an unprecedented super performance for the capital's residents and tourists during the Lunar New Year 2024.
