Lao Cai: More than 200 teachers improve their preschool education expertise

On August 7-8, the Ministry of Education and Training held a training conference to guide the improvement of management quality and organization of educational activities in preschools.

More than 200 delegates attended the conference at 6 online locations in Lao Cai .

The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online sessions at 34 locations in provinces and cities across the country.

Lao Cai province has 6 online bridges with more than 200 delegates attending, including: experts from the Department of Education and Training, managers of public preschools and independent preschools.

Delegates attended the conference at the Northern Department of Education and Training bridge.

Delegates were trained in two main topics: guidance on child management in independent preschools; guidance on planning and organizing activities to nurture, care for and educate children in independent preschools.

In particular, delegates practiced building child education plans based on local conditions.

The conference helps preschool teachers improve their expertise.

At the conference, delegates exchanged and discussed difficulties and shortcomings and proposed solutions and recommendations to effectively manage and organize the activities of non-public preschools. The Ministry of Education and Training answered and advised on solutions to improve the quality of management and organization of activities of non-public preschools nationwide.
