On the morning of August 24, even though it was a day off, at Xuan Loc Kindergarten (Hung Loc Commune, Hue City), teachers temporarily put aside their usual image of "pink girls" with weak limbs to roll up their sleeves, climb onto the corrugated iron roof, and reinforce the school in anticipation of the complicated forecast of storm No. 5.

Following the direction of the Commune People's Committee leaders on proactively preventing storm No. 5, from 7:00 a.m., Ms. Tran Thi Khuyen, Principal of Xuan Loc Kindergarten, and 34 teachers were present at the school.

As the school is located in a mountainous area with many trees, the first task that the kindergarten teachers quickly carried out was to prune tree branches that were at risk of falling.

The most impressive image was when the teachers did not hesitate to climb onto the corrugated iron roof to reinforce the school. They used plastic bags, pumped water into them and placed them on the corrugated iron roof, creating weight and effectively supporting the roof.
