At the meeting, SSL representatives presented the current status of digital technology industrial infrastructure deployment, as well as solutions for building digital technology industrial infrastructure according to a distributed model using renewable energy from the unit.
Accordingly, digital infrastructure will be divided into station nodes, when gathered together the station nodes will have the same power as traditional centralized digital infrastructure.
Deploying station nodes in remote, isolated, and economically disadvantaged areas will bring research and innovation development opportunities to people's lives.
These station node models will use renewable energy, providing the ability to build a green and sustainable model, minimizing the impact on the environment. This is the biggest advantage that the solution brings, because SSL can flexibly install station node equipment on natural streams or under the forest canopy; making the most of the power of nature without harming the environment.
After connecting the station nodes, the project will form a digital industrial infrastructure using renewable energy with the capacity equivalent to a large-scale international data center. Each 1MW will employ 15 workers, thus, the entire network will create 750 - 1,500 jobs for local people.

SSL representatives also made recommendations to Lao Cai province on supporting legal procedures, including the project on the province's priority list for attraction and rapid development, so that the project can be quickly implemented; at the same time, allowing and supporting SSL to both implement the pilot mechanism and complete official investment legal procedures.
At the meeting, provincial leaders, departments and branches of Lao Cai province gave their opinions on the feasibility of implementing legal regulations for investment procedures in the province, investment authority; State regulations on recognizing innovative enterprises...
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated SSL's breakthrough idea, and said that the enterprise's proposals closely followed the spirit of Resolution 57 and were basically consistent with the steps in the digital transformation process, in line with the reality of Lao Cai province.
Lao Cai province agreed to let SSL conduct research and pilot survey for implementation, and will establish a working group to continue to discuss feasibility studies, specific legal regulations, technology solutions, solutions, and telecommunications infrastructure.
