Provincial leaders inspect some key projects in the West of Lam Dong

Check square 9 — The working delegation of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inspected the March 23 Square Project.

The delegation was led by comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province.

The delegation also included comrades: Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee: Luu Van Trung, Bui Thang, Dang Hong Sy.

At the 23/3 Square Project (Bac Gia Nghia Ward), the working delegation of the Provincial Standing Committee listened to a report on the construction progress and current difficulties and problems.

Check the field — Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee discussed a number of issues during the project implementation process.

Accordingly, the project has a total investment of about 400 billion VND, and to date, construction has reached about 64% of the volume. Items such as the exhibition center, technical infrastructure, stage and infrastructure of the core area of the Square are expected to be completed before October 30, 2025, ensuring full completion in 2025.

However, site clearance work is still stuck; heavy rain has slowed down foundation construction.

Through inspection and understanding the situation, the working delegation of the Provincial Standing Committee emphasized that this is a highlight project of the western region of Lam Dong and also a project to welcome the 14th National Party Congress.

To complete the committed goals, investors and contractors need to focus on removing difficulties, taking advantage of favorable weather, and speeding up the construction progress of important items.

The Provincial Party Committee also requested relevant units to urgently attract businesses to invest and call for socialization of some items to meet people's entertainment, recreation and shopping needs.

Hospital Check5 — Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary and working delegation inspect Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project

Regarding the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project, according to the investor's report, there are currently no more difficulties or problems.

The overall progress of the project is 65%. The investor commits to complete, accept and put into use in December 2025.

With a total investment of more than 750 billion VND, a scale of 700 hospital beds, and modern medical equipment, the project is expected to meet the healthcare needs of people in the western region of Lam Dong.

Hospital check — The delegation of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee discussed a number of issues related to the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project.

After listening to the preliminary report, the working group requested that the investor ensure progress, especially the procurement and installation of equipment. The health sector needs to study a model combining treatment and convalescence to attract patients; at the same time, focus on human resources and high-tech equipment to improve the quality of health care for the people.
