Hanoi city leaders visit and present gifts to outstanding meritorious people in Chuong My district

On the morning of September 25, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son and leaders of Chuong My district visited and presented gifts to outstanding people who directly participated in the liberation of the Capital.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phu (born in 1932, in Bai Truong village, Hoang Dieu commune), who was a resistance activist from February 1949 to May 1965. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phu participated in taking over the capital and was awarded the Medal of Resistance against France and America.

Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Le Ngoc Tiem (born in 1934, in Bai Truong village, Hoang Dieu commune), who was a resistance activist from February 1950 and participated in the Liberation of the Capital, and was awarded the Medal of Resistance against the French and the Americans. Both families mentioned above always strictly followed the Party's policies and the State's laws, and were exemplary leaders in local movements.

At the families, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son kindly asked about the health and daily life of the comrades.
