Disciplinary action against Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province Ho Cao Khai

The Inspection Committee (IC) of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee has just announced the conclusion of the 37th session.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the conclusion of the inspection of signs of violations against Mr. Ho Cao Khai, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies - Enterprises Bloc, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that during his military service (February 1993), Mr. Ho Cao Khai violated and was subject to military discipline but did not declare it in his work history and Party history.

Based on the content of the violation and the proposal of relevant Party organizations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Ho Cao Khai with a reprimand.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Mr. Khai to seriously review their participation in personnel work.

At the same time, Mr. Khai is required to seriously declare and supplement the content of previous disciplinary violations in the records of cadres, civil servants, and party members according to regulations.

Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee was dismissed from all positions in the Party. Mr. Nguyen Vu Chi, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, during his tenure as Chairman of the People's Committee of Luong Son district for the 2016-2021 term, committed many violations related to land.
