Koenigsegg Sadair's Spear Limited Edition is More Powerful Than Jesko Attack

Koenigsegg has just unveiled the Sadair's Spear - a high-performance version developed from the Jesko Attack, with the ambition to break all limits of speed and performance.

Recently, Koenigsegg has officially unveiled Sadair's Spear - a high-performance version developed from Jesko Attack. Sadair's Spear has overall dimensions of length x width x height of 4,690 x 2,030 x 1,210 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm.

Koenigsegg says the Sadair's Spear was developed with the goal of maximizing performance on the track, not aiming for a speed record like the Jesko Absolut. To achieve that, the company added and redesigned many aerodynamic details such as the front bumper, side skirts, and rear body vents.

Koenigsegg has also improved the rear wing, equipped with a two-mode adjustment mechanism. At 250 km/h, this detail creates about 850 kg of downforce and can reach a maximum of 1,765 kg at higher speeds.

In addition, the company also upgraded the rear diffuser to control airflow more effectively, while retaining the super-light Inconel exhaust system with 0.8 mm thick ceramic insulation, which is used on the Jesko.

Each Sadair's Spear rides on a set of seven-spoke Aircore carbon-fiber wheels measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. The tires come standard with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2s, with the option to upgrade to the track-only Cup 2Rs.

Koenigsegg allows customers to personalize almost every interior and exterior detail: from paint color, materials, surface coatings to naming each car.

The interior has been tweaked to reduce weight, eliminating 2.6kg of soundproofing material and 1.3kg of carbon fiber thanks to new technology. The bucket seats are specially designed, with a choice of 3-point or 6-point seat belts depending on the market.

Despite its track-oriented nature, Sadair's Spear retains many amenities such as the SmartCluster digital instrument cluster, SmartCenter infotainment system, and 360-degree parking assist camera.

Powering the Sadair's Spear is still a 5.0L twin-turbo V8, but it's been retuned for increased performance.

Koenigsegg confirms the car produces 1,319 horsepower when using standard gasoline and up to 1,650 horsepower when using E85 biofuel, with a maximum torque of 1,500 Nm.

The engine is mated to a proprietary 9-speed LST transmission, combined with the KED electronic differential and the KGCM transmission control module developed in-house by the company. The KES electronic stability control system supports the driver through 4 operating modes: Comfort, Wet/Snow, Sport and Track.

According to Koenigsegg, Sadair's Spear has surpassed the Jesko Attack's performance at the Gotland Ring (Sweden), 1.1 seconds faster - an extremely impressive number in the hypercar world .

Sadair's Spear continues to maintain the familiar Autoskin technology, allowing users to open the car doors, hood and engine compartment completely automatically with just the push of a button.

Koenigsegg will only build 30 examples of the Sadair's Spear globally, and all of them have been pre-ordered. Although the price has not been officially announced, some sources say the starting price is around £3.8 million (about 135.69 billion VND).
