Specifically, the provincial leaders visited the following companies: Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company; Construction Investment Joint Stock Company No. 5; Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company; Phuong Nam Steel Sheet; Bien Hoa Food Mechanics and Construction Import-Export Joint Stock Company; and the construction material storage yard of Quoc Hang Trading and Service Company Limited. These are all enterprises using land in priority areas that must complete site clearance work before August 1, as directed by the province.

In discussions with representatives of the above enterprises, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged their consensus and compliance with the province's policy, and at the same time requested that the units that have committed to be more urgent in relocating assets and dismantling construction works on the land to soon hand over the clean land to the State. In case the enterprise deliberately prolongs the time, the province will apply measures to compulsorily recover the land according to the provisions of law.
According to the report of the Special Task Force on Relocation of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park of the Provincial People's Committee, up to now, the total area with cleared land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has reached more than 129 hectares. Of which, the priority area is more than 70.5 hectares (area 1 is more than 28 hectares, area 2 is 42.5 hectares) and the remaining area (area 3) is 58.5 hectares.

At the meeting, the provincial People's Committee leader requested the Department of Construction to report the legality of the two buildings built on the land of Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company by 4 p.m. on August 1. In case the enterprise cannot prove the construction permit, investment costs and proper land use, it will not be compensated or supported. At the same time, on August 2, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward must complete the assessment of the compensation and support plan for this company.

Along with that, the Department of Construction, in coordination with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones, continues to maintain 2 delegations to mobilize enterprises to agree to hand over the land. The Department of Construction must ensure that there are at least 10 hectares of contiguous land in Area 1, and at the same time organize cleaning and create a clean land to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of the Provincial
Political - Administrative Center on September 2.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center was assigned to urgently complete compensation and support plans to submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval. Note that compensation and support plans with a value of 0 VND must be approved and issued immediately. Also on August 1, the center must report the total area of cleared land to date and estimate the volume of land clearance by August 30 for the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee.
Authorities, including the police, monitor and supervise businesses in fulfilling their commitments to complete relocation and hand over clean premises.

According to the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area combined with environmental improvement, the province will reclaim about 329 hectares of land. Of which, the priority area (area 1 and area 2) is about 154 hectares; the remaining area (area 3) is about 175 hectares.
