According to an official report from the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces, the border guard unit of the operator of the Phoenix drone unit successfully carried out a series of attacks on Russian military equipment. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

The operation reportedly destroyed a number of high-value enemy assets, including tanks, BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, and two types of specialized equipment: a rare radar station and a robotic vehicle. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

One of the key achievements of this airstrike was the destruction of the Garmon 1L122 compact radar station, which was used by the Russian military to support air defense operations. Photo: @Wikipedia.

Destroying this radar station would not only eliminate surveillance assets, but also weaken Russia’s broader air defense network along the front. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

Despite Russia’s efforts to protect its tanks with homemade armor, commonly known as “mangal,” or a mesh-like metal structure, Ukrainian drone pilots were still able to completely destroy or severely damage much of the equipment. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

These homemade defense systems have become a common battlefield response for Russian forces, but their effectiveness appears to be limited against precision drone strikes by Ukrainian forces. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

Among the other targets destroyed were Russian tanks and BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, a widely used artillery system that bombarded Ukrainian positions with rocket fire. Photo: Sputnik

The destruction of this system by Ukraine has reduced the intensity of indirect fire attacks in disputed areas. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

The new report also notes that Phoenix operators identified and destroyed a ground robotic platform used by the Russian military to transport ammunition to the front lines. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

The use of such systems illustrates Russia’s efforts to minimize troop exposure during logistics missions, but their loss is and will hinder resupply efforts under fire. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.

The attack has once again highlighted the growing role of Ukrainian drone and reconnaissance units, especially those of the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Command. Photo: @Ukrainian Phoenix.
