The CT-M2 Social Housing Project is being built on the CT-M2 plot of land in Van Canh New Urban Area, Hanoi City, with a convenient traffic location, the economic exchange hub area in the West of Hanoi City, where many large residential areas and urban areas of the City are concentrated.
CT-M2 social housing project was started on a 3,306 m2 plot of land, including a 25-storey building and 2 basements, with a total construction floor area of about 42,000 m2, basement floor area of about 6,602 m2, 463 apartments (each apartment area from 36.62 - 70m2), total investment of the project is 649 billion VND.
All apartments in the building are intelligently and modernly designed, 100% of apartments receive natural wind and light through windows and balconies, the apartment layout is reasonable, optimizing usage.

CT-M2 social housing is expected to be completed and handed over for use in the fourth quarter of 2027, a social housing project with modern architecture, synchronous utilities, a rich landscape and service system, providing households under social policy with high-quality housing with full facilities such as schools, sports areas, supermarkets, community rooms and indoor parking areas, walking paths, landscape trees... creating a civilized and modern community of residents.
With its central location in Van Canh New Urban Area, convenient in connecting infrastructure and traffic arteries of the City, with advantages in design, planning, and reasonable price, the CT-M2 Social Housing project promises to attract young households, who are beneficiaries of social housing policies to settle down, creating a typical highlight of social housing, meeting the requirements of social housing development planning of Hanoi City.
Carrying out the tasks assigned by the Ministry of Construction, to date, HUD has completed nearly 300,000m2 of social housing floor space, equivalent to about 3,500 apartments. In the first 4 months of 2025, HUD started construction of buildings B1 and B2 of the Dong Van Social Housing Project, Ha Nam. After starting the CT-M2 social housing project in Van Canh New Urban Area, the Corporation will continue to start and inaugurate a number of social housing projects in many localities across the country. In addition, the unit has researched, developed plans and prepared resources to develop 17,500 new social housing apartments with a total floor area of 1.73 million m2 to participate in the project of 1 million social housing units. |
