Vietravel Airlines' new Airbus A321 aircraft, coded VN - A129, has a capacity of 228 seats and is expected to be put into operation in early July 2025. This is a narrow-body aircraft that is popular globally, with high operating efficiency, fuel economy, suitable for both domestic routes and short- to medium-distance international routes.

In July, Vietravel Airlines said it will continue to own two more Airbus A320 aircraft, completing its plan to increase its fleet with modern, flexible and efficient aircraft. The airline will increase the frequency of flights connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Quy Nhon and international destinations in the region, serving both tourism and trade needs that are recovering strongly.
According to Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines, owning an Airbus A321 aircraft is not only an important step to realize the strategy of developing a modern fleet, but also an affirmation of the financial strength and operational capacity of Vietravel Airlines; at the same time, it demonstrates Vietravel Airlines' strong determination in sustainable development and building an airline with its own identity, trusted by customers and recognized by the market.

Speaking at the event to welcome Vietravel Airlines aircraft, Mr. Ho Minh Tan, Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, affirmed that the event to welcome the first Airbus A321 aircraft owned by the airline today is the realization of T&T Group's commitment to the growth of Vietravel Airlines. Adding owned aircraft to its fleet, and synchronizing with other aircraft currently operating by the airline, will help Vietravel Airlines be more proactive in its operations, while also providing great motivation for the airline in its development strategy in the next stages.
