(QNgTV) - On the morning of August 23, the Liaison Committee of Duc Pho Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with Duc Pho Ward and Khanh Cuong Commune to organize free medical examinations and medicine distribution for people.

With a sense of responsibility and sharing, the doctors and nurses directly visited, provided general examinations, measured blood pressure, examined eyes, ears - nose - throat for 800 people, including families with preferential policies, people with meritorious services to the revolution, the elderly, poor households and patients with chronic diseases. In addition to medical examinations and free medicine distribution, the doctors and nurses also provided health care advice and guided people to proactively prevent and combat common diseases.

This is a meaningful activity of Duc Pho's children far from home, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, helping the poor access medical services, early detection of diseases, thereby having treatment measures, contributing to improving health.
