With the spirit of "Sports of Unity - Honesty - Progress" and many years of experience in organizing major domestic tournaments and SEA Games, the tournament promises to be safe, attractive, leaving many beautiful impressions in the hearts of athletes and fans.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the first competition events of the road cycling event officially began. On the morning of August 18, in Hoa Binh ward, female athletes aged 17-18 competed in a 18km scoring event; a 21km scoring event for U23 women and a 27km scoring event for U23 men. In the afternoon, athletes continued to compete in many events: a 15km scoring event for women aged 16 and under; a 21km scoring event for men aged 16 and under and a 24km scoring event for men aged 17-18. At the end of the competition day, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes for the events.
According to the plan, the Tournament will take place from August 18 to 28, in which the road cycling events will last from August 18 to 24; the mountain biking events will take place from August 25 to 28.
