Back to Lao Cai Pavilion - Where each dish is a vivid story about the identity of ethnic groups. These are local products that blend tradition and quality. They are typical agricultural products, meeting OCOP standards, produced according to clean processes, bearing the cultural imprint of the ethnic communities of Lao Cai province. It can be rich buffalo jerky, fragrant five-spice sausage, shrimp paste with meat, to rustic dishes with characteristic flavors such as sticky rice cake, five-color sticky rice... all of which make diners ecstatic.

Coming to the booth, many visitors could not hide their surprise and excitement. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, a visitor from Hanoi , shared her impression: "I find Lao Cai's products very diverse. I am especially impressed with the sticky rice and the colorful, fragrant and very sticky rice cakes."

Like Ms. Trang, many diners were also conquered by the five-color sticky rice dish. Mr. Vu Van The from Co Loa commune, Hanoi, said: "I went to see the booth, saw many people buying Lao Cai sticky rice and praising it as very delicious, so I also wanted to try it to experience and see what the flavor was like. It was indeed true. Absolutely delicious".

To have that soul-stirring and memorable five-color sticky rice dish, the chefs of the stall must use pure ingredients from the mountains and forests. From the famous, fragrant sticky rice grains of Muong Khuong, completely hand-dyed with leaves, flowers, tubers and natural fruits, magical colors are created without losing the unique flavor of sticky rice and forest leaves, so when the sticky rice is cooked, the rice grains are still whole, shiny, the sweetness of the sticky rice is even more permeated, the aroma, the richness is captivating.

Mrs. Phung Thi Dung, a native of Muong Khuong, proudly introduced: "Muong Khuong's sticky rice is very rich, delicious and famous for its aroma. The rice grains are firm, so when completely dyed with aromatic leaves and colored leaves, the rice grains do not break... from there, 5 to 8, 10 different colors of sticky rice can be made."

The attraction of Suoi Giang tea is so great that Mr. Dao Duc Hieu - Director of Suoi Giang Ecological Tourism Cooperative had to exclaim: "My team has been working continuously, without stopping for a moment because the number of customers wanting to enjoy tea is too large."

Obviously, the success of Lao Cai Pavilion comes not only from the quality of the products but also from the smart promotional strategy. The fact that customers can experience and enjoy the products on the spot has brought great efficiency, creating a strong spread. The number of more than 7,000 visitors and shoppers in just 2 days is the clearest proof.
