Right before the holiday, Gia Phu commune authorities assessed the actual needs and found that the number of people needing authentication, birth registration, and procedures related to criminal records... was very high. Many workers working far away took the opportunity to return home to visit their families and handle personal documents. In particular, for students who have just been admitted to colleges and universities, this is the time to complete the procedures for enrollment.

Grasping that urgent need, Gia Phu Commune People's Committee has directed the Commune Public Administration Service Center to arrange staff to be on duty in the morning during the two days off (August 30 and September 1) to handle administrative procedures for people, focusing on the field of justice - civil status, while ensuring the best conditions for people when coming to transact.
In addition, the Commune Youth Union also sent members to support online declaration and submission of documents on the public service portal, contributing to making the process faster and more convenient.

Thanks to the scientific arrangement and sense of responsibility of the staff, many students were able to complete the admission procedures in time. Pham Minh Duc (born in 2007, Hung Thang village) excitedly shared: “I came to certify my documents and verify my resume to go to university. With the enthusiastic guidance of the staff and the quick procedures, I am very happy and confident to prepare to go to school in Hanoi right after September 2.”
Also in that joy, Pham Viet Hoang (born in 2007, Giao Binh village) held in his hand the completed application, happily sharing: “I have just been admitted to the University of Mining and Geology. At first, I was worried that I would not be able to complete the paperwork for admission, but fortunately, the Commune Administrative Center still accepted me on the day off. The staff enthusiastically guided me, and if there were any shortcomings, I still had the opportunity to supplement them during the holiday.”
Stepping out of the Commune Administrative Service Center, the faces of the people, especially the students, were radiant, with peace of mind clearly visible in their eyes. Behind that joy was the dedication and silent sacrifice of the staff who silently maintained the rhythm of activities at the Center during the holidays.

Ms. Pham Thi Thuy, an officer at Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center, confided: “As a woman, everyone wants to have a full vacation with their family, especially during the Independence Day holiday. But when assigned, I am willing to put aside my personal affairs to serve the people, especially the students who are very eager to study at university.”

Directly leading and signing administrative procedure documents for the people, comrade Nguyen Huu Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Director of Gia Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center affirmed: "With the goal of serving the people, promptly responding to the legitimate aspirations and wishes of the people, the local government commits to not leaving any files pending, especially files related to students preparing to enter school, ensuring that they can complete all paperwork before coming to the new learning environment".
Maintaining the settlement of administrative procedures during the holiday in Gia Phu commune is not only an administrative solution, but also demonstrates profound humanistic values. This is also a testament to the concern of the local Party Committee and government for the people in the commune in general and the young generation in particular, creating the most favorable conditions for them to enter the door of college and university.
