More than 400 candidates have been admitted to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education under the first admission method in 2025.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has just announced the results of direct admission and priority admission for 2025. Accordingly, the first 439 candidates have met the requirements to be admitted to the school this year.

These candidates are admitted to the school with priority admission according to the admission regulations and admission of candidates who are specialized class students applied to all majors.

Regarding the admission regulations, the school considers candidates who satisfy the conditions according to Clause 4, Article 7 of the University and College Admission Regulations for PreschoolEducation at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education issued together with Decision No. 949/QD-DHSP dated April 8, 2025 of the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

For preschool education and national defense and security education, candidates must take an aptitude test organized by the school and achieve a score of 6.5 or higher.

For specialized students, the school considers candidates who have graduated from high schools with a grade 12 specialized grade ranking of good or higher in the 2024-2025 school year and meet one of the following conditions in order of priority for the right major or related major: Participate in the national excellent student team or the national science and technology competition team; Win first, second, or third prize in the excellent student competition organized by the provincial level or higher; Candidates have a foreign language certificate of level 4 according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam or higher or equivalent according to Appendix 3 (applicable to foreign language majors according to the list of right majors and related majors); Have good academic performance in grades 10 and 11 specialized.

For preschool education, physical education, and national defense and security education, candidates must still take the aptitude test organized by the school and achieve a score of 6.5 or higher.

Candidates who have passed the exam can see the results here . Ho Chi Minh City University of Education notes that candidates whose names are on the list of qualified candidates need to re-register their respective wishes on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28 to have their official results recognized. After the official admission results are announced, candidates need to complete the admission procedures at the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training within the prescribed time. The school will conduct a post-check of the candidates' documents when they enroll. If the results of the file verification are incorrect, leading to a change in the admission results, the school will cancel the candidate's admission results.

In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education plans to enroll 5,195 students. In addition to the above admission method, the school also uses other admission methods including: Admission using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; Admission using high school learning results combined with specialized competency assessment; Admission using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam combined with aptitude subject exam; Admission using the results of specialized competency assessment exam Combined aptitude test
