At the workshop, delegates had many opinions and discussions on local experiences and solutions in planning, training, fostering, rotating, and arranging the use of female cadres, especially young female cadres and ethnic minority women; directing and implementing policies to promote gender equality in the locality; coordinating with the government, the front, and socio -political organizations in the process of organizing and implementing women's work; developing female party members of ethnic minorities; analyzing the shortcomings and difficulties of women in leadership and management... Through the workshop, it is aimed to strengthen the leadership and direction of all levels in implementing goals and solutions on gender equality and female cadre work in the period of industrialization and modernization of the country; promoting the role of female cadres participating in leadership and management positions in the locality.

It is known that Ninh Son district has a rate of female members in the District Party Executive Committee of 8/36 comrades (reaching 22%); female members in the leadership of the district's specialized departments and offices: 16/55 comrades (accounting for 29%); female members in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of 5/33 comrades (accounting for 15%); female members in the Commune Party Executive Committee of 32/112 comrades (accounting for 28.57%); female members in key positions at the commune level: 10/52 comrades (accounting for 19.2%); female members of the District People's Council: 7 women/29 delegates, reaching 24.14%, of which: 1 woman is a member of the District Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; female members of the Commune People's Council: 46 women/198 delegates, reaching 23.23%; total number of female party members: 744 women/1,970 party members, accounting for 37%.
