Scene of the Conference to commend typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the period 2020-2025
In the period of 2020-2025, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the province has received attention, active participation and response from all levels and sectors and achieved many important results. Many localities, agencies and units have led and directed the implementation appropriately, with good, creative and practical ways of doing things; selected specific content, close to the practical situation, especially focusing on new and difficult tasks. The implementation process has mobilized the combined strength of the entire political system, linking mass mobilization work with government management and operation, finding many effective solutions to address the legitimate aspirations of the people. Through the models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", many typical and advanced collectives and individuals have emerged, demonstrating dynamism and creativity in mass mobilization work. These models have been supported by the people, bringing practical results in production development, sustainable poverty reduction, promptly solving pressing problems at the grassroots level; contributing to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building a clean and strong political system, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
To date, the province has registered and effectively implemented 5,813 "Smart Mass Mobilization" models. Of which, there are 1,526 models in the economic sector; 2,791 models in the cultural and social sector; 1,124 models in the national defense and security sector; and 372 models in the construction of the political system. Many models have spread, created positive impacts, and made important contributions to the overall development of the province.
In addition to the achieved results, the "Smart Mass Mobilization" movement still has limitations. Some places have not implemented it in a truly synchronous and widespread manner; the content and form are still slow to innovate, leading to low efficiency and lack of sustainability. There are not many typical examples in some fields; the replication of models in some places has not received due attention; the results and spread among the people are still limited. The work of inspection, supervision, preliminary and final reviews, experience drawing, commendation and reward of typical models and examples has not been focused on.

To effectively implement propaganda and mass mobilization work in general and the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement in particular in the coming time, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung requested all levels and sectors to determine specific directions and methods of action, suitable to the characteristics of Gia Lai province. He requested Party committees and organizations to focus on thoroughly grasping instructions and regulations related to propaganda and mass mobilization work, ensuring that this work is substantial and effective.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations need to closely coordinate with the government, launch movements to improve quality, replicate advanced models, and innovate working methods to be close to the people. It is necessary to promote mobilization and propaganda for people to participate in the "Skillful mass mobilization" movement in conjunction with major campaigns and movements such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Changing the thinking and working style of ethnic minorities"... At the same time, organize emulation movements widely in the political system, in the mass mobilization force and in all areas of social life. Each movement must be associated with specific models; increase exchanges, share experiences, replicate good practices; apply information technology and social networks to introduce and spread effective models to cadres, union members and people.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Phong Vu awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" for the period 2020-2025 .
Party committees at all levels need to strengthen direction, guidance, and urging the implementation of the movement; regularly summarize, review, and draw lessons; promptly commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere. At the same time, focus on training, improving capacity, skills, and mass mobilization methods for cadres; promote the strength of national solidarity; mobilize social resources, especially the role of intellectuals, artists, businessmen, religious dignitaries, village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people in ethnic minority areas. Thereby creating social consensus, contributing to building a province that develops rapidly and sustainably, while maintaining national defense and security.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung emphasized: “The achievements in the past 5 years are a source of common pride, a vivid demonstration of the effectiveness of the “Skilled Mass Mobilization” movement. This is also the foundation and motivation to continue to innovate, create, and improve the quality of the movement in the new period. I believe that, with the solidarity of the people of all ethnic groups in the province, the close leadership of the Party Committee, the dynamism and creativity of the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, the “Skilled Mass Mobilization” movement will continue to develop strongly, achieving many outstanding achievements, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, building Gia Lai increasingly rich, civilized and happy”.
On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Comrade Rah Lan Chung commended and congratulated the typical advanced collectives and individuals, hoping that each typical example will continue to promote its exemplary core role, spread the spirit of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the community, and firmly consolidate the people's trust in the policies of the Party and State.
On this occasion, 35 collectives and 27 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" for the period 2020-2025.
