In the first 6 months of the year, the Women's Union at all levels focused on effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements, campaigns and key tasks; actively supporting women in economic development, building happy families, participating in preventing and combating social evils and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.

At the same time, promoting the implementation of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", integrating into agency activities, Executive Committee meetings, regular meetings of branches/groups, clubs, teams, groups, the Association at all levels has organized the implementation of the 2025 thematic content "Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders and managers at all levels" in conjunction with the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo and regulations of the Central, Provincial Party Committees, and Party Committees at all levels on the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members.
Many activities were organized by the Women's Union at all levels in conjunction with theeducation of traditions for cadres and women's union members; models of following Uncle Ho's example such as: "Women's group worshiping Uncle Ho's photo", "Women's group saving and following Uncle Ho's example", "Saving and raising piggy banks", "Charity rice jar", "Exchanging plastic waste for gifts", "Exchanging plastic waste for trees"... were maintained and saved 2,163 billion VND to help 572 disadvantaged women's union members; mobilized 6.5 tons of rice, 2,800 charity meals to help women's union members and people in difficult circumstances.
The Association at all levels coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to disburse VND 122.651 billion to 5,284 households; the provincial Women's Economic Development Support Fund disbursed VND 104.909 billion to 5,281 members.
The program "Millions of gifts to share love" has supported 2,785 gifts including cash and necessities worth 1.1 billion VND; 8,547 charity meals worth 101 million VND to help poor and near-poor HVPNs, families with difficult policies, the elderly, the lonely, and the sick.
The “Godmother” program has donated cash, clothes, and school supplies to 593 orphans with a total value of 335.3 million VND; 110 milk portions worth 22 million VND; launched 2 models of “Godfather - Connecting Love” in Go Cong City and Cho Gao District with 20 members.
Responding to the launch to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term and welcoming Tien Giang province to complete the task of building new rural areas, initially the Women's Unions of districts, cities, towns, affiliated Unions and bases have organized and implemented practical women's works/tasks such as: Building shelters of love; awarding scholarships to students who overcome difficulties to study well; supporting gifts to help disadvantaged women; participating in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas (implementing rural traffic bridges, optical lighting, flower roads) ... with a total cost of over 1,542 billion VND.
Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong acknowledged and commended the efforts and creativity of all levels of the Union in the province in recent times. At the same time, she emphasized that in the context of implementing the arrangement and merger of commune-level administrative units, the Union's work needs to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in the direction of streamlining, flexibility and efficiency; increase the application of information technology in directing, operating and connecting members; pay attention to building a team of Union officials with capacity, enthusiasm, and quick adaptation to the requirements of tasks in the new situation; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of members, especially disadvantaged women, to accompany and support more practically and effectively...
