Ms. Thuan shared: “I always want to convey the message to my colleagues: Each lesson is a time to sow love. I believe that, not only teaching words, teachers must also sow emotions and instill personality in students. Literature helps students see themselves and others, but that must be guided by a dedicated, responsible, empathetic, and patient teacher.”

From the 2015-2016 school year until now, the Literature group under her charge has continuously achieved the title of Excellent Advanced Group; 12 excellent teachers at the school level, 3 excellent teachers at the provincial level - those numbers do not come naturally but come from the efforts of each person, from the careful comments on each shortcoming, from the sincere sharing of each initiative...

Sharing and confiding with students is also a way for her to grasp their psychology, thereby making appropriate and effective teaching choices.

“Ms. Thuan is a meticulous person but not a perfectionist. She always sees the strengths of others to encourage them and when she gives advice, she is very tactful. Thanks to her, we always uphold the spirit of self-study, constantly creating and innovating. From the 2015-2016 school year to the 2024-2025 school year, the provincial excellent student team under her charge won 100% of the prizes with a total of 40 prizes, including 6 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 9 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes. In addition, she also guided 4 students to participate in provincial-level scientific research, winning 2 second prizes and 2 third prizes.

Many times, after finishing the lesson plans, she had to think to herself: "I have handled things too harshly, I need to be softer", "I have not listened enough, I need to talk more with my colleagues", "The way I teach students is not suitable for their perception, for their psychological development"... Those are the times when Ms. Thuan "self-reflects, self-corrects".

Supporting students as much as possible outside of class hours is also a way for Ms. Thuan to "give wings" to their love of literature.

As Secretary of the Party Cell, she advised and organized many profound topics such as “Keeping the Party member oath”, “Learning from Uncle Ho – from words to deeds”… She did not do it for formality, but always hoped that every Party member and teacher would see themselves in it. Thanks to that, the atmosphere of the Party Cell activities became increasingly democratic, trustworthy, and cohesive.

Learning from Uncle Ho for her is also careful preparation before each meeting, each lecture, and a responsible and honest attitude in everything. She lives her life to the fullest, but always stands behind to support others. The Literature - English Party Cell that she is in charge of has been awarded the title of Excellent Task Completion Collective for 5 consecutive years. She has also been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level for many consecutive years, especially in the 2023 - 2024 school year, she was awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the provincial level, and was awarded a certificate of merit by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province and the Ministry of Education and Training .
