Specifically, on the evening of October 29, a 15-second clip recording a male student beating up a classmate in a classroom setting was posted on social media.

The male student who beat his friend was wearing a gym shirt with the words Dong Da Secondary School on it and a red scarf around his neck. According to the clip, the male student was beating his friend while continuously swearing, choking, and hitting the other male student on the head.

The clip quickly received attention and was widely shared on social networks.

According to Mr. Hoang, the conflict and fight between two male students occurred in class 9A5 on October 25 this year. The incident occurred after the end of the fourth morning class.

"The two male students fought because of a conflict over picking up money," said Mr. Hoang.

According to Mr. Hoang, at the time of the incident, there were no supervisors or teachers around so they could not intervene. When the incident was discovered, the school immediately asked the two male students to write a report and invited their parents to the school to discuss the matter.

"On October 29, the school invited two parents to the school to work. The assaulting party apologized, agreed to compensate, and was accepted by the assaulted party," Mr. Hoang added.

Currently, the school has reported initial information to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thanh District (HCMC), and is still handling this incident step by step.
