Ninh Phuoc District People's Council holds mid-year meeting

In the first 6 months of the year, the socio-economic situation of Ninh Phuoc district continued to maintain and develop in the right direction, some areas had positive changes. The total production value of all sectors reached more than 6,242 billion VND, reaching 49.9%, up 7.7%; the budget revenue in the area reached more than 51 billion VND, reaching 55% of the target assigned by the province; creating jobs for 1,937 workers, reaching 66.79% of the plan; the rate of people participating in health insurance reached 81.2% of the population; military service reached 100% of the assigned expenditure. The management of land and construction order, resources, minerals, and environment was strengthened. National target programs were effectively implemented.Education and health care work had positive changes, social security policies were fully and promptly implemented; national defense, security, and social order and safety were maintained.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to successfully implement the key targets and tasks for the last 6 months of the year. In particular, continuing to effectively implement the tasks and solutions for socio-economic development. Focusing on directing the production of summer-autumn and winter-spring crops; maintaining and expanding effective production models, applying high technology associated with product consumption linkage. Speeding up the implementation of national target programs according to plan; mobilizing resources to build Phuoc Dan town to meet the standards of a type IV urban area.

Accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital and capital for national target programs.
