Hau Loc after 10 years of implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - After 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (abbreviated as Directive 05) of the 12th tenure on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Hau Loc district has achieved important results in many fields.

Propaganda work on implementing Directive 05 has been deployed by Hau Loc in many forms.

Thoroughly implementing Directive 05, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo ; Plan No. 28-KH/TU, dated September 12, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and directive documents of the Central and the province, from 2016 to present, the Standing Committee of Hau Loc District Party Committee has issued many leadership and directive documents to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in each locality, agency and unit.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuan, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hau Loc District Party Committee shared: To effectively implement Directive 05, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee has guided agencies and units to organize study, research, and disseminate annual topics, thereby helping cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life identify specific and practical contents to register for jobs following Uncle Ho.

In the past 10 years, the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has advised on distributing more than 4,000 specialized study materials annually to serve research and study purposes; advised the District Party Committee's Standing Committee to establish a reporting team to help affiliated Party Committees and Party cells deploy the entire course's specialized topics on the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

The reporter coordinated the implementation for 45/45 party committees and branches under the District Party Committee with over 7,000 party members participating in the study; annually issued instructions on the implementation of Directive 05.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has included the implementation of Directive 05 in the resolutions, programs and plans of the Party Committee in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution XII, Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (terms XI, XII), Conclusion of the Central Committee's Conference 4 (term XIII), promptly grasped and implemented the directives and management documents of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, and District Party Committee, creating a widespread political activity in the entire Party Committee.

At the same time, the implementation of Directive 05 is associated with the leadership and direction of resolving urgent and prominent issues that the public and the people are concerned about, issues that are likely to cause urgent problems, "hot spots" such as: compensation for site clearance; land disputes; conversion of land use purposes; contributions to basic construction in localities... Thereby, promptly detecting and advising, proposing solutions to Party committees and authorities.

In particular, linking the content of studying and following Uncle Ho with the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated December 24, 2018 and Conclusion No. 48-KL/TW dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on the arrangement of administrative units at the district and commune levels. Hau Loc district has completed the merger of Phong Loc and Tuy Loc communes, reducing 1 unit. Continue to arrange, consolidate and streamline internal focal points of organizations in the political system in conjunction with streamlining the payroll, improving the quality of the contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Promote information and propaganda work on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, associated with building model citizens; model villages, sub-regions, agencies, units, villages, communes and districts.

After 10 years of implementing Directive 05 and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Hau Loc district has achieved many important results, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. The emulation movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been strongly promoted in the political system from the district to the grassroots level, with the emergence of many typical collectives, individuals and advanced models.

On the occasion of summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 05, the whole district had 10 collectives and 12 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the District People's Committee; 1 collective and 2 individuals proposed the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to award Certificates of Merit in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period 2016-2025.
