Ha Tinh implements national concentrated promotion program

(Baohatinh.vn) - The 2025 national concentrated promotion program in Ha Tinh is implemented from June 14 to July 14 with discounts and incentives of up to 100% of the value of goods and services.

The Department of Industry and Trade of Ha Tinh has just issued a plan to implement the 2025 National Concentrated Promotion Program - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025 in the province. Accordingly, the program will take place from June 14 to July 14. The maximum discount for promotional goods and services is up to 100%, depending on the decision of each enterprise.

The 2025 National Concentrated Promotion Program will take place from June 14 to July 14.

The program is organized as a promotion throughout the province, combining traditional and e-commerce commercial activities to create a spread and attract the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields.

Through the program, businesses will proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can buy quality products and services at reasonable prices. At the same time, stimulate the domestic consumer market in general and in Ha Tinh province in particular; promote production and business activities to contribute to the country's economic development...

The program will be an opportunity for consumers to access quality products and services at preferential prices, contributing to boosting purchasing power and restoring market growth.

The Department of Industry and Trade assigns the Trade Management Division to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the program to ensure its purpose and time; support and facilitate traders in carrying out administrative procedures and promotional activities in the locality. Coordinate with relevant units to monitor, inspect and handle violations of the law on consumer rights protection and commercial fraud in accordance with the law; monitor promotional programs with signs of violations to handle them in accordance with regulations.

District and commune-level localities proactively propagate and notify businesses and production and trading establishments in the area to participate in the program. At the same time, coordinate with relevant units to monitor and control goods and violations of promotions in the locality.

Enterprises and production and business establishments proactively implement promotional activities; coordinate and participate in program activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations and protect the legitimate rights of consumers.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government on ensuring the national GDP growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1635/QD-BCT dated June 5, 2025 on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025".

The program is chaired by the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), which coordinates with relevant units in the ministry; Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally run cities; industry associations and the business community to implement communication activities, guide and support businesses nationwide to implement large-scale promotional programs.
