Hanoi hangs national flag on occasion of 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

On August 16, the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Notice No. 1013/TB-UBND on the hanging of the national flag on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Specifically, the Hanoi People's Committee requested agencies, units, hospitals, schools and people in the city to fly the national flag from August 18 to September 3, 2025.

The People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible for directing, inspecting and reminding the hanging of the national flag in residential areas; heads of agencies and units direct and inspect the hanging of the national flag in units under their management to ensure compliance with regulations.
