Attending the congress were comrades: Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Cao Thi Hoa An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Inspection Committee ; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of agencies and units in the province; former Party Secretaries of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and 300 official delegates representing 9,668 party members from 87 affiliated grassroots party organizations.

On July 1, 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Party Committee was officially established and put into operation on the basis of merging the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (old) and the Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. With the close direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Committee promptly completed the organization, issued working regulations, established a working routine, ensuring unity and compliance with Party principles.

The grassroots party organizations after the reorganization quickly went into smooth operation, maintaining the role of political core, being the center of gathering and leading in innovation of thinking and working methods of each agency and unit. The initial success is a testament to the spirit of solidarity, intelligence and high determination in the entire Party.

Comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered the opening speech at the Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 is a broad political activity within the Provincial Party Committee. The Congress will carry out important contents including: summarizing and evaluating the achieved results; discussing and unifying the objectives, tasks, and solutions for implementation of the Party Committee in the term 2025 - 2030; focusing on intelligence and the highest sense of responsibility to have many profound and valuable opinions, contributing to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Political Report submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

To complete the above important tasks, Comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested delegates attending the Congress to promote the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", uphold the spirit and responsibility, actively participate in discussions, contribute profound, frank and constructive opinions so that the Congress will be successful and achieve high results, meeting the expectations of the Provincial Party Committee and the aspirations of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire Party Committee.
