The Deputy Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police assigned mass organizations, especially the Provincial Police Youth Union, to promote the spirit of initiative and volunteerism, gather mobilized water sources, coordinate with functional units and local police to flexibly transport water in many forms to the places to support people.
