The cooperation program opens up a practical and humane direction in transferring high-quality and disciplined human resources from the military to the civilian workforce. This is a joint effort of both sides to solve employment for demobilized soldiers, contributing to socio -economic development and spreading the green transportation model in the community.
According to the agreement, Thai Son Center will organize recruitment and training of car drivers for soldiers who have completed their service, ensuring the quality of teaching in accordance with the standards and regulations of the competent authorities. Trainees are not only equipped with solid professional skills but also trained in service style, communication standards and discipline. These are the core qualities to become a regular driver in the professional operating system of Xanh SM.
The preferential tuition fee for students is 18,150,000 VND/course, excluding testing fees, driver's license fees and driving practice fees on touch devices. Students can flexibly pay in two installments: 10,150,000 VND when submitting the application and 8,000,000 VND after completing the theory course. Xanh SM can support an advance payment for the second installment for students according to the agreement between the two parties, helping to reduce immediate financial pressure and demonstrating a long-term commitment to accompany students on their career journey.
After completing the training course, qualified students will be officially recruited to work at Xanh SM, with competitive income and a professional environment. A team of full-time drivers who are well-trained, have undergone training and challenges in the military environment, will help improve the quality of Xanh SM's drivers and services, bringing customers peace of mind and satisfaction during their travel.

Speaking at the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Global General Director of GSM Company, shared: “The soldier - Uncle Ho's army is a symbol of courage, integrity, discipline and service to the people. We believe that the good qualities forged in the army will continue to be promoted in the Xanh SM team, even contributing to promoting the creation of new standards for the transportation service industry, making Xanh SM a Vietnamese transportation brand - green, civilized and friendly”.
