Dissolution of Criminal Court and Civil Court of Hai Duong City People's Court

On February 19, the leader of the People's Court of Hai Duong province said that the People's Court of Hai Duong city has dissolved two specialized courts under it: the Criminal Court and the Civil Court; and reduced three positions including one Chief Judge and two Deputy Chief Judges.

Previously, the Hai Duong City Criminal Court was in charge of adjudicating criminal cases; the Civil Court was in charge of civil cases. After dissolution, the adjudicating functions and tasks of the two specialized courts mentioned above will be rearranged.

After dissolving 2 specialized courts, Hai Duong City People's Court has the same organizational structure as the people's courts in districts, cities and towns in the province, there are no more specialized courts.
